Why turmeric powder grinding need two machines?

  Turmeric is a very common and popular spice for condiments, its essential ingredients for curry powder, masala, etc. Many spices can be grinded into powder directly by one machine, but why turmeric powder grinding need two machines? Since it is very hard property, if grind into powder directly, will easily damage the screen sieve. The screen sieve is inside the grinding machine, to sieve out the qualified particle size.

  The screen sieve of the turmeric powder grinding machine is made of stainless steel 304, small hole size, need the screen sieve not too thick. If crush it firstly in a pre crushing machine, will broken it into small pieces, since the pre crusher screen sieve is more thicker and hole bigger, then will be better for fine powder grinding process.
