Installation and maintenance of Screw Juice Making Machine:
1. The machine should be installed horizontally, and fixed by ground screws.
2. Raw materials should be fed evenly, and hard foreign materials are forbidden into feed hopper to avoid damaging filter screen.
3. Bearings: Replace grease at regular intervals, and the normal temperature of bearings in operation is less than 75°C.
4. Maintenance: The filler screen should be cleaned with water and brush after every shift of work.when process fruits with much fiber, filter screen should be cleaned twice.
Spiral Fruit Juice Extractor Working Principe:
Raw materials are fed into the feeding hopper and spirally pushed by the screw. Meanwhile, the volume of helical cavity reduces, materials are pressed by the boosting of the spiral. Thus the extracted juices will flow into the juice collector through the filter screen, and the material slags will be ejected through the ring interval formed between the spiral and the pressure adjusting taper part. The movement towards the axial direction can adjust the interval clearance so as to adjust the juice extracting rate.
