Brief Introduction:
Chili destemming machine is the automatic equipment for removing chili stem.This machine’s main features is fully automatic stem removing, high efficiency, high ratio of stem removing..

Working Principle:
Chili destemming machine's working process: first by the workers or conveyors put into the feed hopper , chili slowly flow to the upper side of the drum , the drum slowly rotating driven by motor, In the drum contains three wavy curved blades , constantly stir the chili. Because chili center of gravity tend to tail , flip the tail down fall in the hole of the drum , following the roller rotation , chili to be attached to the roller cutter cut to complete the go to the process.
After falling to the underside of the drum by the square hole of the drum tail, repeat on the side of the drum to the process, cut rest of the chili not being removed stem, finally chili falling into a square hole in the underside of the drum discharge outlet for collection and packing.
